My Hori RAP 4 Kai disconnects randomly on PS4 but works fine on PC and PS3, also it doesn't disconnect on PS4 while in safe mode so i assume it's not hardware related. It used to work without problem, maybe it could be latest update for PS4. Does anyone have same problem?
