Neogeo (DB15) > PSX (PS2) adapter

Hi,
I have a nice Jamma/Neogeo/DB15 full-Sanwa stick bought from Smallcab that I'd like to use on my PS2.
So I'm searching for a Neogeo or JAMMA DB15 > PSX (PS1, PS2) adapter, but it seems impossible to find one.

Any suggestions? (excluding DIY)
