ps4 arcade stick question

Hey all,

I'm new to these parts and I've been searching around for this topic but haven't really found any answers. So my friend I were playing SFV on his ps4 and it seems the ps4 can't handle 2 arcade sticks at the same time. Only one works. Is there a fix for this?
