Selling old PC parts to a friend. Is this a good deal?

I'm helping my friend's son put together his first PC, and he doesn't have a budget yet. I suspect his mom wants him to get something nice, but doesn't want to break the bank (Not sure how much this is yet). I have my old computer parts here for a build I put together about 5 years ago, but due to moving around a bunch it never got to use. Maybe I spent 3 months with it (yes it's a waste of money I know). While I've put together several computers I've never bought or sold used parts, so I want to know if my price for this is a good deal as I do not want to price gouge her or her son.

Processor: Intel i5 2500K Sandy Bridge
Heatsink/Fans: Noctua DH14
Memory: 2 x 4GB PC 2133 DDR3 G. Skill
SSDs: 2x ADtata 128GB Sata III
HDs 2x IDE 500 GB Hds, 1x 1TB SATA HD
GPUs: 2x Radeon 6950s

I'm thinking $300 for all of this is reasonable. I'd like some second opinions. Thanks.
