I'm about to give up on this and wire in a seimitsu. I can take apart the Hayabusa and put it back together carefully, plug the joystick into whatever, and it either works great for a couple seconds or half the switches don't respond.
Sometime there's a click and it doesn't register, sometimes there's no click.
it seems like there's one level it wants to stay at but it isn't doing so.
When I got it it was fully disassembled so I'm not sure if i'm screwing something up on reassembly. But even if I have it working in my hand, and screw it into the joystick (mayflash f300) carefully, at least one side stops responding.
It's not a wiring problem because the shaft doesn't seem to stay vertically where it should, and the manual doesn't provide any insight on this really.
Does it need to be greased or am I putting it together wrong?
If i can't figure this out in a couple days I am gonna put a Seimitsu in and forget about the Hayabusa.
