The PCB comes with a joystick with 4 switches each wired up to a 2 pin cable. How can I figure out with a digital multimeter if the PCB expects ground to be on one side and signal on the other or if it doesn't care as long as the switch is wired up? I am going to get a stick without a PCB in this but wanted to verify this before wiring it up.
Next to it is the more standard 5 pin joystick connector, but I can't use my 5 pin cable with soldered ends unless I daisy chain all the grounds, which I might do.
