File could not be found

Hi all.
The problem is when opening doc format file in Microsoft Word I'm receiving an error, ‘File could not be found’.
Also I cannot open the file in LibreOffice.

I'm running Windows 8

Any ideas how to fix doc file? Will really appreciate.
