Hatsune Miku PS4 Controller badly needed! Possible modding?

Hi there everyone,
i play a lot of Future Tone and Diva X on the PS4 and am in love with it.
Im lefthanded (duh!) and feel the feeling that the buttons on the right PS4-Pad Side
are not my cup of tea to get better in the games.

So, i had interest in the HORI Hatsune Miku Mini Controller (pricey atm. around $500 but it would be worth it for me).
The problem is that someone told me that the buttons on the Hori Controller dont come back fast enough to play
in high difficulties. Is that correct? If so, that would make the controller pretty useless. So my question is, can the buttons be
exchanced to ones that work perfectly with the game (size?)? Or is there maybe another good controller (im not a fan of Adaptors
that add up to Input-lag or something like ive seen somewhere).

I swapped buttons on my old Hori RAP4 to Sanwas and that was too easy and feels a lot better to play.
I dont have any tools to build a controller myself that would look like its not a piece of rubbish.


I would even save up on cash and get the Hatsune Miku Arcade Machine, but the Online Licence Problem destroys that idea.
