First post, but I'm going in all the way. Me and a friend recently overhauled an pair of Hori EX2s with paint, art, and Sanwa components and while fun the job was largely cosmetic. Neither of us were members here but reading some threads were very helpful. ![:)]( ":)")

Now we want to go to the next level. We're planning on kitbashing an Xbox 360 wired controller, an HRAP and a Sega Saturn Twin Stick into a 360/XInput compatible Twin Stick for Virtual On. Going so far as to wire digital joysticks into the analog pots so they can operate digitally. It'll be a 'Summer Project' so to speak. The HRAP series seems to be the best arcade stick to use as the base/platform for the project but I'd read about some clones as well. The Ultra Ulia for example would be good but I couldn't Google any place that SELLS any. So I was wondering if someone could suggest an HRAP clone or such that we could use and save a few bucks on what will likely be an expensive project.
