Question On the Mad Catz Combat FightStick Panel

Just a question on the Mad Catz Combat FightStick Ultimate Edition Top Panel. There's no in-depth description on the site itself so I was wondering, if anyone has one of these, if it would be compatible with the Super Street Fighter IV "TE-S" model Fightstick, because that's what I'd like to use it for. The TE-S model doesn't have the bezel on top so I wasn't sure if this Combat Panel would even fit it. I wanted to make sure before I made the purchase.
