How to turn a PS3 Madcatz Fightstick into a XBOX 360 arcade stick?

I have a spare T.E PS3 Fightstick and I was wondering if I could turn it into a XBOX 360 arcade stick.Im not asking how to dual mod since I only need it to be XBOX 360 compatible, but I just wanted to know if there is a guide to follow or if its even possible.
