Problem with Dual Modded 360 TE

WHen i plug it into my ps3 the "controller" LED on the stick (the xbox 360 4 quadrants) just flashes and the ps3 isn't recognizing the stick...

I think this happened one time before and i had to force a reset or force 360 mode or something to get it working...

I have tried holding down 1k+2p+3k and the led sort of "double flashes" but it still doesn't work...

help?
