This is my first post and I would like to share with you my first arcade stick project.

* First of all some pics:

* Now some infos about components:
Joystick: Competition Joystick (the european I.L.S.A one, the old manufacture of Happ component, not the Happ/Suzo one)
Buttons: Seimitzu PS-14-KN-SP
PCB: exctacted Playstation 1 Dual Shock M (solderless) (I use it on PC so it needs a USB adaptor)
Layout is a custom MK/Japan hybrid, you can see how black buttons follow the MK layout while white ones make the layout as global as possible.
My goal was to have that classic cabinet feeling with responsive quality buttons, that's why I opted for the classic Competition joystick.
