Seimitsu button inserts and Hori V3 Template?

Hey guys,

Hopefully you can help me. Im getting some sticks ready for a few friends for an upcoming tournament. I need to locate the Punch and Kick icon inserts for Seimitsus. Does anyone make/sell these? If not do you have a PSD template for them so I can print them out myself?

Also, I picked up a Hori Fighting Stick V3, and Id like to apply some custom art to it. I cannot find anything on it, not a plexi or an art template. At the very least Id like to get a template in PSD so I can whip something up. Can anyone help me out?
