Multi Console Recipes

I feel like this should be a sticky in my opinion just so that the average modder can find a way to mod his/her stick to work on multi consoles. This should be a list of different products that's out there and what sticks it can work with to do so.

With that being said, I see people with Tri mod recipes. It looks like it works with PS4/XboxOne/Xbox360/PS3 and possibly Dreamcast? Is there such a mod to do so? What's the recipe and preference in Arcade Stick? I'll start my current mods
