Purchased this from Amazon, it was a Warehouse deal stated as "Like New". Package arrived today and the box looked completely fine, no signs of damage to it. However once plugging it into my Xbox I notice that my inputs were all over the place. The RT button wasn't registering at all, after insuring the wiring was connected properly I got the buttons to work but the joystick was another issue. Pushing in any direction would cause the input to stick to the right, so I took a look at the PCB.

I'm not entirely sure whats on the board, it might just be glue to keep the connectors in place but removing and re-inserting the connectors did not help. I can't really think of any thing else I can do that might fix this problem, does anybody have any clue how I can fix it?
